Today's Workout

Today's Workout
  

Today workout was really rough. We did a lot of running and a lot of squats. As soon as i woke up i was happy to go workout with my team mates. The bad thing is that when i was running i cracked my ankle and it hurt really bad at the beginning but after it went away and right now it doesn't hurt as much but when i try to move it , it hurts just a little bit. All though i had fun working out it feels so relaxing after. Next week we are going to start using machines and doing a lot of squats. I am really excited even though i am lazy to get up my bed but i know everything is going to be worth it.
